District-Wide Service Alerts
From the "Schools" tab, service alerts can be sent out to users for the entire district or school. The alerts are received by users in the form of a push notification that goes through to their phone within seconds. To send a service alert to the district, start by clicking "Send District-Wide Service Alert".
After selecting to send a district-wide service alert, a prompt will appear requiring you to select a category, title, and message to be sent to users. Once you hit send, users will receive a push notification within seconds.
