- Issue: Users being logged out or seeing error code "Something went wrong, try again later." when navigating through the app.
- Impact: It appears that this is related to the most recent 2041.1 app store release and users may have to log in or force close app after periods of inactivity or loss of network connection.
- Resolution: Investigators have found the root cause and are working to an update out to users as soon as possible.
6/26/2024 6:30am ET - Customer Support (**Status: CLOSED**)
- Issue: Toll-free support number (1-888-889-8920) is not currently available and user receives message that it is 'disconnected'.
- Impact: The line has not been disconnected. We are currently investigating this issue with our internal IT department. A workaround is available: Users unable to contact support using the toll-free number can use the local number (1-513-419-2921).
- Resolution: n/a
